I really felt the difference with this product, even when I only take 1 capsule. Many friends and family got a cold or the flu this year, except for me. I think Dr. Ohhira was one of the reasons why my immunity was so strong. It worked best in the morning approximately 30 mimutes before breakfast.

I love Omega Nutrition products and Essential Balance is one of the main reasons. It's organic, cold-pressed, very tasty, and makes it so easy to get my healthy fats everyday. Try it as a salad dressing or poured on stir-fried greens.

Weleda never lets me down! They make the greatest, purest, highest quality products my whole family loves. I use this oil all over to keep my skin very well-hydrated and super soft. It's also excellent as an after sun skin care oil, as it's just loaded with antioxidants.

Rainbow Light makes so many supplements that I just love. This Vitamin C formula is so easy to take, has supportive nutrients for enhanced absorption, and is so reasonably priced!
