This is a great product. It helps to calm you before bed but doesn't leave you feeling drowsy. I have even given it to my kids when they have been too upset to sleep.

I have used this for years and I can really tell a difference. It helps on those days when you just don't feel like yourself. I wouldn't go without it.

I have suffered daily (all day long) with GERD and took one capsule last night and have not had ANY symptoms at all. Last night was the first night I have slept in 8 months without acid reflux. ABout two months ago I found relief from the product Digest Gold when I ate but I still had heartburn at night and when my stomach was empty. Now after one capsule I have no heartburn. I will update my review if I need to after the 20 days but I feel so good today that I had to review this product right away.
