I have tried various herb com binations for Chest and Digestion, read about Hyssop somewhere so thought I would try this also, result: Wonderful!Helps clear the Chest and really does help with digestion too.

The body recognises it as food,(because it is, of course), wholly natural food suplement it is ery easily digested, I find it very helpful in addition to a normal diet, as one gets older the digestive system seems appreciative of more easily absorbed and utilised nutrition.

The new New Chapter Everyman 2 Vitamin Supplement seems to be an improved version, better amounts including Vit.A and such, there does not seem to be Potassium in it but plently of Potatoes,Fruit and Veg fixes that.

New Chapter always seem to get the combination right, this particular one included; the blend of Mushrooms really do help clear the lungs and give better oxygen usage. By all accounts the immune system gets stronger, with less 'colds' and the like.Certainly no adverse effects either.

Apart from great value in the 250 Tablet bottle, the Solgar Calcium Magnesium Citrate combination has to be THE most effective way of Calcium Supplementation in one's daily diet;absorbtion seems to be excellent. On the advice of my Doctor I use it because I've been on prescribed diuretics, and also have to take prescribed cortisone,
