I love this product. I was not sure about using DMAE, I thought maybe it is all hype and aload of rubbish, but NO!! I only took four tablets and boy did I feel a difference!! I do suffer from brain fog, I have been taking ginkgo to help this problem which worked reasonably o.k, but ginkgo in combination with DMAE is amazing. I have no brain fog, I think clearly and I have noticed that I am learning faster. I recently went on a Croatian language course and it is blimin mind melting, but I noticed that I studied better and remembered more when I took this product. I also have noticed I am less fed up and down, I feel happier and more positive. I love this product and I hope that it continues working in this way.

This is good, but from all the great reviews, I thought it would be better. For the price, it works well. I am 39 years old, with a few small lines around the eyes, but nothing has changed, but I did notice that my puffiness has reduced. For the price to reduce puffiness it is good, but for wrinkles it is a bit disappointing.

I found this product to work well, even though it is extra strength to me it seems to work the same as normal strength ginkgo that I have tried in the past, however, I like that the product does not have any e-addatives that most ginkgo products have, so I am happy. I notice a difference with foggy brain, ginko definately helps with this, and when I stop using it, the foggy brain returns. I will continue taking ginko into my old age!! A great tip, I have recently used DMAE tablets by now foods and it works well together, I think clearer, stronger and learn faster. It is amazing combination. Also together they help to elevate my mood, I feel so much happier and stronger.

Spirulina is one of those supplements that you do not really notice much of a major difference in how you feel but I know that it is good way of benefiting health as a kind of all round multivitamin. Of course being organic is a big bonus which is something you can not acheive with a multivitamin. The qualities of this superfood is that it does have benefits for a healthy thyroid, if not mild but it does help. I have suffered from server overactive thyroid in the past and I did have to go on medication for one year to bring it back in balance, since then I have used spirulina to help keep it in balance and of course learning to place my self in a calmer state, so for five years I seem to have it under control. I think that this is a great price and I love that it is organic. I will continue to order this product.

I read a lot of previous comments regarding this product and it appeared that the taste was not good when mixed with water. I used organic chocolate soya milk by alnatura (german make) It takes absolutely fantastic, literally like a chocolate milkshake!! I have to use a blender, it is useless using a folk, but this is o.k. The ingredients are impressive, it is hard to find an organic raw plant based protein, I have been looking for months and finally I found this product. As far as the effect it has physically, it is hard to tell as I have only used it four times when I had a heavy cold to give more vitamins and I also take a organic greens powder too. Good plus point is because of the high protein it does fill you up and keep hunger under control on a subtle level but enough to keep in balance. Next time I order next month I will write another review when I start going to the gym and I will interested to see how good the product is from a fitness point of view. Overall so far is great.

I have not really noticed any difference with this product. I read alot of reviews about losing weight and improved skin and hair, but nothing so far. I am only half way through the bottle so maybe I need to take it for longer. I am not sure just how pure, ingredient active this product really is. I have noticed a difference in all the other products I have ordered so far, but not this one.
