I use this to help with skin infections and illnesses. On days I do martial arts I take it twice a day. When I start feeling ill, 3 times a day. Works great. Brian

I can take or leave the taste. I bought this because of the organic veggies and lack of grasses. I would like to see them get rid of the oats so my wife can take it, but other then that, good product. I take this as a replacement for a multi-vitamin. Brian

Taste is ok. Doesn't mix all that well, and quantity needed to get a decent amount of protein is high. Probably the best none meat or dairy protein out there, but can't recommend it over whey or egg proteins. Brian
