COLOR: It's between a level 1 and level 2, neutral (I am a level 2 somewhat gold and this in nearly perfect for Fall/Winter. This would ideal for the level 1 wanting a slight sun-kissed look in the Summer. COVERAGE: Good thing that this is not advertised as full coverage. You can get almost full coverage initially, but this formula is not meant to last as such. Consider this moderate coverage if you don't have oily skin. FINISH: very, very luminous. If you want to re-create the look of skin in a perfume ad you will be very pleased! DURATION OF WEAR: around 3-6 hours but don't test it by touching your face. It does rub off in a flash. Blowing your nose, dabbing your forehead, getting a massage...forget it! HEALTH FACTOR: Like all of Mychelle, it feels healthful and safe. There is no irritation for me with this foundation, none. FEEL: As named, it is creamy and I would add that it is so wonderfully soothing. SCENT: It's a delicious, mild, and fruity. SKIN TYPE: Avoid if you have oily skin since it is too soft, shiny and probably won't stay on. Combination is okay and doesn't seem to aggravate/clog my acne prone skin. Dry skin ladies wanting glow definitely go for this one!

I am tough when it comes to healthful foods - juice dandelions, drink powdered spirulina, no refined carbs and all the rest - but this raw sprout powder is too tough to drink unless one would mix a lot of sugary ingredients like some of the people reviewing product positively. I like the concept of raw, high protein, etc. but I felt no health benefit. I've read that vegetables and grains are not necessarily good to eat raw. A rule of thumb for me is that if it tastes toxic don't force it down. It is a good value though if it works for you.

I have a very high stress job in the medical field and just recently started using this supplement to start off my day with. I can't swear to it, but I think I have less heart pounding, shortness of breath, and anxiety at work even though the last two weeks have had a crazy schedule.

I think this is good to treat parasites since it has much more of a concentrated smell than other top of the line parasitic formulas. I don't think there were any parasite problems with me before the 30 day cleanse, though my tummy size went down about 20% after only a week and has stayed there 2 months later. (Currently doing another round to see if I can improve upon existing results.) I will plan to use periodically like 1 or 2 x per year along with the adjunct cleanse products you can find on their website.

I mix with coconut oil, rice syrup, etc. to make a great gluten free cookies. It is easier on the digestive system than rice flour and doesn't require a lot of sweeteners like other grains that tend to be bitter.

I decided recently to dose this to more aggressive mineral balancing therapy as I have heavy metals and calcium excess. I was very amazed at how much relaxation and improved sleep from a higher dose. I do not get stomach upset from this.

I've been using for a few weeks (two weeks every night and last week only every other night) and notice less anxiety disturbed sleep when I take it. Good value.

This is one of those forgotten supplements every house hold should have. It is a very safe alternative to most conventional OTC digestive products. I recently began mixing with fibra kania and water at night, then in the morning take several probiotics. There is a definite improvement. I think this helps ease the symptoms of using total body cleans herbs.

This alkalizing drop tested to be better than others I've used in the past. Despite a good diet, I've seem to be acidic without use of this. My health is very dependent upon a normal pH and this is by far the easiest, least expensive method I've come across. Warning: don't accidentally drop onto rim of your glass or take this undiluted form as it will burn your lips! Truly alkalizing! UPDATE 10/5/11: I've noticed lately if I only take half the usual amount I feel very ill. For some reason I need to take 6 doses a day to function (twice the max recommended).

After completely giving up on fish oil (including ones by Nordic Naturals and Ascenta) I was pleased to find this alternative. Their website explains this oil comes from a plant fish eat and is converted in the body to a similar compound as in fish oil. I hope they are right as I could use all the benefits that are claimed from eating fish oil. Although it is more expensive than fish oil, I don't have to worry about abdominal upset, fish aftertaste and wasting my money on the many rancid oils that I've tried. It taste so fresh and pure!
