I can't tell yet if this product is helping. It might take more time to build up your immune system. I found out the beta glucans need to be micronized, so I might try another brand.

I believe this product is helping me lose weight. I'm losing a little weight and since it is very difficult for me to lose weight it must be this product. I'm not doing anything else to cause weight loss. I don't eat in the evening and then take the Collagen.

This is the 4th time I have purchased this product. When I take it my hair gets silkier because I tend to get course hair. It also helps your skin and nails. I can tell when I"m not taking it everytime my hair gets brittle. I prefer this brand.
