With skipped beats that I get on a daily basis. I have tried many different brands of magnesium and it's confusing for the consumer to know if they are being absorbed or not. I am not 100% sure of how affective the mag is but for now,I will continue taking this brand. iHerb is a fantastic company and I am always pleased with the CS!!!

I love raw honey and manukau honey and I was hoping that this sweetner would be an alternative to those but I guess the coconut nectar will require an acquired taste. So far I'm not crazy about it. I love this brand however.

I would rather not have the manuka honey in plastic so I will not purchase this again. I will say that the taste is very good and if you are not worried about plastic, then I would rec this honey to you.

I love to use lots of different vinegars in salad dressings mainly,but I add vinegar to other dishes as well. I am so glad that I discovered the coconut vinegar and this brand is great. I also add a tsp or so to my bottled water for added health benifits. IHerb has the best price!!

Received the order from iHerb today and my husband will be using it for rosacea. He has tried every product that we can think of to use for this condition. He's a non drinker and eats healthfully so we are frustrated and hope this oil will offer some relief. I will let you know if he sees improvements! According to reviews, it is suppose to be effective and this is our last hope! The fragrance is not over powering and it is true, that a little goes a long way.
