I have been using this product for approx. one year now and it is excellent! You will notice an increase in bowel movements amount and number of times. Because you are getting rid of toxins better, there will be an increase in energy and skin will look much better!

I make sure to keep an extra bottle of this zinc in the house. It is a great supplement and when I feel a cold coming on,I take a larger dose and it is gone by the next day.

Absolutely disgusting!

This item should not be sold! Alone it was grainy and taste awful. I even tried to add it to the juice. My kids spit it out and when I tried it, I spit it out.

I tried this for my two kids who are very active. I was hoping that it would help to calm them at night. This didn't work. I couldn't give it to them as often as recommended so that could have a lot to do with it. I will have to keep looking.
