Wonderful for people that love a good nights sleep and , a positive mood, wake up feeling refreshed. After years on this..and having tried other brands this brand and one other are heads above the others. Some may as well be empty capsules. An adult male can take 3-4 each night . there are no problems.. A great addition for anyone. Mainer

With all that this product is known to accomplish, I was amazed at one thing that it helped with ..leg cramps. With all the things available for this problem and all the reason these cramps occur. this was a suprise. Spasm's in the calf, even the thigh or the foot itself were relieved.I take 1000 to 1500mg before bed...and I cannot tell you all how amazing this was.Also not as easily fatgued during the day. I like the fact that this product is cleaner with regard to the additional listings. Folks need to see what else comes with that capsule, tablet, or soft gel..you take something that you feel you need on a daily bases but fail to read what else comes with it..it does add up. this SAMe from source Naturals has less of what we don't need along with the SAMe that we do need. Wobderful for anyone taking medications, helping the liver to survive. Mainer
