Its unflavored, what is good in order to not change the flavor of your shake. If added to a shake it mix well - better than another labels. Anyway, i prefer to eat it direct in a teaspoon and drink some water seconds after. The effects are good: it help a lot to recover after workouts.

A product of a great label for the price of unknown labels. Its Creapure, wich means its very trustable. Give some extra power to workouts after some days of use. I use to eat it in a teaspoon, drinking water seconds after, but you can mix it well in a shake too cause it mix well.

Very good soy protein for a very good price. Got more protein for scoop compared to rival labels. Taste is natural, and it means its not so good, but its drinkable after some days using. Its easy to diggest. I use it as substitute of whey in the morning. I recommend.

Great price and very good flavor. The flavor is better than many of most famous labels. Some people prefer stevia in the place of sucralose, and it have stevia. Dont have too many glutamine and BCAAs as rival labels, but its a good option considering it have a best price.
