I already had some of the Nutiva hemp protein powder, so I had decided to get some of the hempseed to add into my hemp smoothies. Great tasting. Also great to sprinkle in oatmeal and on salads!

I had read so much online about the benefits of taking Co Q-10, so I decided to add this supplement to my daily routine. I think it gives me added energy, as well as a general sense of well-being. Softgels are small and easy to swallow. Will repurchase in the future.

Natrol, Tonalin CLA, 1200 mg, 90 Softgels

Like the fact that It's 1200 mg vs. 1000 mg.

Decided to upgrade to this brand, as my prior Tonalin tablets only contained 1000 mg. Great value for the money.

Just Started Taking...Too Early to Review

Just recently introduced evening primrose into my supplement routine. I am about to turn 40 and have been reading about how evening primrose helps with perimenopause symptoms. Pill is easy to swallow and I just take one a day. Too early to notice anything yet, but I have high hopes for it! Love the NOW brand and price is impressive for quality.
