Peanut Flour is one of the things that I'm loving right now. You can turn peanut flour into peanut butter by simply adding water until the mixture reaches desired consistency. It doesn’t taste exactly like peanut butter but it's close. I usually mix 1 tbsp peanut flour and 1 tbsp of peanut butter with 1 - 2 tbsp water to get an even closer peanut butter taste.
