I've tried other brands of acidophilus, and this one works just as good at a much lower price. I am a type 1 diabetic, with a weakened immune system and this has helped greatly. Also, my son takes this for his acne. His skin has greatly improved since starting this and only has a rare breakout now - usually if he stops taking the acidophilus. We will continue to take this.

After reading some published studies on elderberry extract, I ordered this from iherb. It definitely lives up to the claims in my case. I usually will start to take this when I feel the first symptoms of a cold or sore throat coming on, 4 x a day and it shortens the length and severity compared to other family members who do not take this product. I have been taking this for the past two years and my episodes of colds has been reduced greatly. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it. Thank you iHerb!
