シャンプーの泡立ちは良かったと思います。コンディショナー後も、きしみは感じませんでした。甘い匂いですが気になる程ではありません。

最初はカプセルの大きさにビックリ。飲み始めた頃は、苦労しましたが慣れました。毎日、起床後に飲んでます。ジムで運動する時は飲まない時より汗が多く出ると思います。
