I started using this under the Jarrow label while recovering from a broken leg. I would not go without it now. I believe it to be beneficial to overall tissue health. I am a 55-year-old male and I think that this product is helping me to feel and look younger.

This product may also be good for "male menopause" by helping the body to metabolize estradiol, thus keeping levels appropriately low.

Rhodiola is a helpful adaptogen. iHerb carries several excellent Rhodiola products; I just happened to be fond of Jarrow also. Some people find it helpful to combine Rhodiola with Alpha Lipoic Acid for an synergistic effect.

This product is most satisfactory; especially when combined with one Jarrow Updrive (JRW-29041). However, if thus combined, one would be wise to take only one per day, rather than the recommended two.

Some say that Resveratrol may help with male "menopause" issues by acting as an aromatase inhibitor, thus helping to prevent excess estradiol as men age. This may operate in synergy with "Bio-DIM" products such as ARG-54140.
