I used it for a couple of months as a part of the Buhner protocol for lyme disease. Hard to say which herb helps most but I'm making progress. Recently switched to Planetary Herbals andrographis - costs the same for 30 tablets more - but if you don't like bitter pills or plan to give this to your child I'd definitely stick with Now Foods as they're in a capsule form and easier to swallow, the taste is much more bearable as well. Buhner was right, andrographis is an exceptionally bitter herb.

I'm using it for lyme disease as part of the Buhner protocol. I recently upped the dose from 3x2 to 3x3 and slept for 18 hours on the 3rd day (that's how I usually herx), severe sleepiness lasted about a week. So I know it's working. It's also cheaper than the Now Foods andrographis (30 tablets more for the same price). The only drawback is that these tablets are harder to swallow than capsules and also very bitter. If they were in a capsule form I'd give 5 starts but it's still quality product.
