クリームがなかなかなじまずいつまでも肌が白いのが好きになれず他社製品に浮気したのですがあっという間にちりめん皺が増えてしまいました。なのであわててこちらに戻すとすぐにふっくらした目元に元通り。浮気した他社製品はコレの倍近いお値段だったのに効果なく改めてこのお値段でこの実力はすばらしいと実感しました。

顔に塗って乾いてくると皺が目立ってきて不安になるのですが洗い流した後の肌にびっくり！毛穴もきれいになってくすみが抜けています。洗い流す時も簡単に落ちるのでごしごし洗う必要がありません。 この実力でこの値段！これからも使い続けたいです！

空腹時にに飲むという飲み方のせいか飲むのを忘れることもしばしば。 それでもなるべく夕食前に3粒飲み続けてみましたが確かに内側からふっくらしてきた感があります。 そのせいか皺も薄くなった感じで顔の印象が変わりました。（いい方に＾＾；）就寝前に飲むと翌朝効いてる気がします。コスパもいいしこれはやめられません。

洗顔後化粧水の前にこれでフェイスマッサージをしています。 容量が多いのでたっぷり使えるしその後の化粧水の邪魔にもなりません。 瓶から直接出すとどばっと出てしまうので小さい容器に入れ替えて使っています。

元々便秘症でひどい時は３～４日出ないことも。 これは市販の便秘薬のようにお腹が痛くなるようなこともなくスムーズに出ます。 これを飲むようになって便秘に悩むこともなくいつもお腹がすっきりしていて お肌の調子もいいようです♪
