I have been taking Lecithin granules for over a year. I believe I owe my low cholesterol to 2 tablespoons a day.

Been taking Lecithin Granules for a long time. It seems to be keeping my Triglycerides down. I use a tablespoon of Lecithin, juice of one lemon and a tablespoon of olive oil. It's works.
