There is so much good information out there that anyone can research an illness or ailment and find help. Triphala is an auyrvedic herbal formula that aids in colon elimination. While not a laxative it provides detoxifying and rejuvenating effects on the major eliminative channel in the body, the colon. Initially it reaches the superficial layers and addresses damage due to poor diet, infection and parasites. It takes 2-3 months to see deeper regeneration of tissue repair leading to improvements in hair and nail and skin luster. I am in the early stages but am enthused with the results and will continue for a few more months. I will probably do this twice a year to achieve the deeper cleansing effects.

This is one the most effective enzymes I have tried and I have tried many. I need two when I have meat or a heavy meal. Because my digestion is so poor, I don't even digest the capsules so I open them up and put the contents on a spoon, that way I get the use of the product. I am on my second bottle.

I find this very beneficial to include in my morning smoothie. Better than caffein. I also find it good to eat it right off the spoon for a mid-morning pick-up.

To aid my liver as much as I can I'm using Planetary Herbals, Liver Defense Formula along with Himalaya USA, Liver Care and New Chapter's Turmeric Force. I don't feel the congestion in my liver that usually occurs so these herbals seem to be efficacious.

Husband and I both took Ginger Force for GI issues although we each had different symptoms. He wasn't sure if Ginger Force had an affect but thought he might have improved some while taking it. My issues were somewhat improved but not enough to warrant continuation of the product.

This was not like "wow" but it did seem to aid a tad with my digestive issues. However, not enough that I will continue the product. Some may not care for the taste but it didn't bother me. If it will improve my health picture the taste is secondary.
