I've learned that what I put into my body either helps or harms me. I'm a student of natural healing and alternative therapies. There is so much good information out there that anyone can research an illness or ailment and find help. I doubt I would be alive today had I not begun to take my health seriously and be responsible for myself. You don't know what you have until you lose it.

Glad to find tablet delivery system

My preference for ALA is the 300mg strength in tablet form which is difficult to find. This Country Life product was the best priced among the few choices. My family is on the second bottle and so far there have been no complaints. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm currently not using it and cannot give my personal opinion.

We gave Krill Oil and try from the usual fish oil we take. While it is probably a fine product I think we will just use our old stand-by fish oil instead.

Can't accurately rate this as yet. Am on the second bottle but until I have a bone density test I can't be sure of its efficacy. I feel New Chapter markets high quality and well researched products. Going on their reputation I will continue this until my next test to see where I stand. Will write another review at that time.

This was a quality product as is most of Madre Labs'. There are so many excellent powdered greens out there it is difficult to choose one over another. I am currently using a Garden of Life product which is as good and in some ways better.

I've used many green powder drinks. The Amazing Grass, Green SuperFood, All Natural Drink Powder is a good one but not superb. I don't feel as energetic as I do with some other brands. This one does taste good when I just want to eat it off the spoon. It is excellent for internal deodorizing. Overall it is a very good product but I will probably go back to Madre Labs green powder formula.

If you don't take a large amount of supplements this organizer is handy. But it doesn't come close to holding the amount of my daily regemin. I will offer it to someone who uses fewer supplements than I.

This gives my morning smoothie needed nutrients but after it is used up I will not continue because of the dairy content. I have since learned that a dairy free diet is best for optimal health.

good between meals

A scoop of this mid-morning and mid-afternoon is a great pick-me-up. There is no ORAC value listed on the lable but that is not a big issue since I've read that those values can be mis-leading. I didn't like that the contents filled the can half-way. It made it difficult to reach in to scoop out the powder. Spilled easily. I ended up emptying it into a smaller container. Now, much easier to scoop it out. Good tasting and I often just eat it off a spoon.
