I found out I had been haveing candida for a long time, many years. I found theese on I herb and liked the reviews. The first week I took theese, I got sick from all the toxins that where released in my body, faster than my body could get to clean out. I got fever, sweats, the flu, and headache. But at the same time I felt better in my head and brain. It was like a carpet was removed from my brain. My activity raised, I started laughing again and became in a much better mood, and did not get that feeling of the brain is toastet black on a pan. The white layer on my tounge in the morning started to desapear and so did the white secret from my vagina. I also tolerate diffrent foods better now. I am not cured yet, but is still in progress.

I have searched or the best multivitmin for a long time, and find it almost impossible to find one that is not rediculously afraid of bigger amounts than the "daily recommended", wich is unlogically low. This is it, and it contaons amino acids as well. I do take some x-tra vitamins on the side though, but otherwise, this has it all.

I´ve tried to stop and use other shampoos after having this one some time, and my hair fell out BIG TIME: A huge difference. When I use another shampoo, also from Iherb for Volume, I lose at least 50 hairs EVERY time I comb my hair - the zink is black with hairs. But when I use this shampoo I´ve counted it down to 5 HAIRS. My hair is seriously much thicker og volumious with this shampoo. And with great vitamins in my diet, results is showing clearly.

I have combined skin, and used 3 different creams; 1 for my eye-zone, 1 for my T-zone and 1 for my cheeks. But I could still se the wrinkles beginning to come around my eyes( I´m in my mid-20´s). This cream does all the work of theese 3 creams did all-together, just better! My skin feels smooth instantly, and really moistourized. I even can use this under my eyes, and it is clearly taking away the dry skin here and so the wrinkles go away, and the skin appears much more even. It is like baby-skin. It is like my skin is eating this cream. I use it in day time as well. And it smells fantastic. The price is very low! So thank you.

It is a very nice mascara, that gives full lashes. It stays on almost all day, and it does nor irritate at all. I only have one problem, that is, there is 2 parabens in it. That is the only reason I will not purchase this mascara again. Other than that it is an amazing mascara for that little money. I have seen a youtube review/tutorial on this.

I love the good ingredients, and that is is natural, but it doesn´t work. Aftur just 30 min. sweat-smell is there. And I do not sweat very much, like at all. It is very embarresing.
