Quickly absorbed. Noticed results within two days with regard to more energy. Palatable mango flavor. Natural sweetener other than sucrose is important to me. Only 1 TBS/daily dosage is convenient and economical. Will continue to purchase regularly.

I am so thankful for this product. Being a sufferer of restless sleep since menopause, I found that melatonin in pill form only lasting four hours, then wide awake and having to take another pill and feeling lousy the next day. SN NutraSpray melatonin is, in fact time-released and lasts throughout the night. I haven't slept this soundly in years and refreshed in the morning. The orange flavor is also palatable. Strongly recommend!

Be prepared for the niacin flush even when taken with food, that lasts at least a half hour which feels like a sunburn. I trust the this is a good product and appreciate the simple ingredients. Will continue to use as this is the form of niacin that cuts down on cholesterol level.

I very much appreciate that this is organic. Feel more energy since using it. I trust that it is very good for me in general. I only wish I didn't need to take it three times daily. Will continue to use.

I've been taking this for about two weeks. Started with 100 mg. then increased my dose to 200 mg. because I noticed no decrease in my depression. I recently began taking St. John's Wort with the hope of positive results. I don't doubt that this 5-HTP works for many, just not for me, unfortunately.

Too soon to notice effects of this product. The only drawback is the 1M, three times a day. Will go through one bottle fast and inconvenient having to get all doses each day while musty tasting. I plan to use 5-HTP instead of St. John's Wort for depression.

Effective Supplement

This product really works. I have pernicious anemia as a result of surgery and this supplement gives me much needed energy. I'm so grateful that that B-12 comes in this quickly assimilated form. Otherwise, I'd have to get B-12 injections regularly. Furthermore, iHerbs price is relatively low.

I use many of the Garden of Life supplements as I think it is a superior supplement brand given that the nutrients are derived from raw food. Highly recommend!
