I take 2000mg L-Lysine to keep cold sores and boils at bay. I am amazed at how many doctors are not aware of the skin healing properties of L-Lysine.

I'm new to the Omega-3 oils. I've been reading all the benefits of it, but I cannot stand the taste of fish. Flax Oil gives me what I need without the taste.

L-Lysine for good skin

I like getting more mg. in a tablet, but then it becomes a little large to comfortably swallow. I wish they could compact it better. Lysine is essential for good skin and helps prevent "stress" breakouts.
