I've been using this lotion for app. a year. I cannot attest to the firming aspect, but it is a nice, light moisturizer that absorbs quickly.

I learned about nordic naturals from my veterinarian. She recommended the pet product for my dogs (which has been super), and I started taking the regular formula. After some research, I learned that this product offers the recommended daily dose of proper omega 3. It has worked very well for me.

I really do think this vitamin has somewhat boosted my energy level. I take 2 tablets in the am and 2 in the afternoon. Works well for me.
