We eat this toasted mixed with nuts, seeds and rasins. Very good price and yummy too.

Nice, not too strong. Good for cooking. Not loving for mayo, which I purchased it for.

Pretty good, handy to have. Goes a bit gloopy if you add too much though so be careful!

This is a thick but nice feeling cream, it is helping my dehydrated skin. I love the smell, so does hubby! My skin does seem plumper, firmer and the obvious signs of dehydration are softening. Ok under makeup, give it a while to soak in, blot T Zone. I like it with mineral foundations.
