Seems to kick in quite quickly and certainly works as a sleeping aid. Wish it came in half the dosage, though!

I have arthritis, the degenerative kind, and thought I would try this out. But hyaluronic acid doesn't seem to work for me, so I'm going back to my glucosamine.
