Being the curious type, I ordered this vinegar to try since I had just learned about the wonderful health benefits of Ume Plum. It is high in sodium but if used as a salt substitute it gives the food a subtle but nice flavor. I keep it handy for general seasoning or to sprinkle on salads.

I'm so glad I found this product. It's absolutely delicious and mixes easily with fruits, even green tea! It's become a daily meal substitute. My daughter loves it too and has ordered this product for a daily boost of energy (she has 3 children under 4 yrs old). I recommend it to everyone.
