I trust Bob's millet flour to be processed and packaged in a gluten free facility. the flour is always fresh and my bread always turns out nice

I guess I could say the same thing about the Sorghum flour and with the Millet. I use both of the flours in my gf bread and the bread always turns out tasting fresh and light. I trust the Bob's brand to be processed in a gf facility

GF and tasty. my family gets tired of just plain rice cereals and oats don't agree with us even gf ones. this cereal is delicious and can be eaten traditionally with brown sugar or some of us eat it with butter like grits enjoy

Bob's xanthan gum is the ingredient in most of my gluten free baking. it helps to hold the baked product together. bob's brand is easily found and it is trusted to be gf other brands don't do as well
