I think this is supposed to help protect the skin among other benefits and I can attest to that. Have been golfing 3 times in the past week in 100+ temps (no sunscreen) and no sign of sunburn.

as far as I know. Small capsules, 2400IU is good supplement size for larger dosing, suspended in olive oil. Ideal.

Has helped my sleeping pattern a lot. Now sleeping straight through 6 hrs which for me is a lot...and enough. The 3mg dose seems right for me also.
