I hate the big horse pills but I know that's the only way to get this dose, and I like the fact that the magnesium is higher than the calcium. I put them in my Magic Bullet to grind them up.

I love any product Life Extension puts out. this is great to take before I workout, I put it in my protein drink along with other things down my vitamins and hit the wieghts, and I'm 66 yrs. old.

I stopped ordering it for awhile to cut back on expenses but my husband noticed that the joint pain in his arm had returned so I reordered again and it seems to work even if you don't take it on an empty stomach and combine it with protein which it says not to do.
