Great product. What they don't tell you about is that with 5HTP, especially when you first start using it, you remember your dreams when you wake up. Amazing stuff. And if you want to increase the effectiveness of 5HTP add about 50mg of Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate.

Carlson knows oils. We've been using this one for over 10 years. It's a little more expensive but it does make a visible difference in your skin.

I've tried at least half a dozen brands of the Super DHA products. Carlson is the best! These guys know oils. Current studies have shown that if you want to protect your brain while reducing the risk of a heart attack this the way to do it.

I've been through a lot of different brands over the years. this is the best. I don't know of another product that has the quantity of Green Food-Enzymes and bioflavonoids in addition to your regular minerals and vitamins at this price.
