This tea contains Tulsi (holy basil) and chamomile which have known therapeutic benefits. It's wonderful as a breakfast tea or just before bedtime. I've tried several of the Tulsi Teas, and have to say they are all delicious.

I've used Ecco Bella Mascara for years with great results. It doesn't smudge, and looks good. It is easy to remove, and doesn't need a special cleanser to get it off. Best of all, it has less harmful chemicals than other mascaras.

Perfect Neti Pot

This is the first neti pot I have ever used. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to use. Even more surprising, is how much better I breathe after a treatment. My sense of smell improves too. It is a well made product at a sensible price.

I mix Heritage Rosewater to the facial mask I make with French green clay and aloe vera gel. It adds the perfect amount of moisture and fragrance. When I use a toner, I prefer this rosewater, because it contains just vortexed water and hydroessential rose oil. No extra ingredients to cause blemishes or over drying. The fragrance is wonderfully fresh and never heavy; just a fresh rose petal scent.

My family stays on beta glucan throughout the fall and winter months, to give our immune systems a boost during cold and flu season. We have not had a cold or flu in several years even though we do not get the flu vaccine.

I am trying this sugar because it has a lower glycemic level than other sugars. It has a pleasing flavor similar to light brown sugar, and is not overly sweet.

Giovanni shampoos are the best as far as I'm concerned. Root 66 adds body, bounce and plenty of shine to my hair. It's fragrance is light and fresh. All safe ingredients too. I will buy it again.

Amazing conditioner

I use Aubrey Organics GPB conditioner once a week to deeply condition my hair. It seems to restore the shine and bounce to my hairdo. I've been told it is not as good to use this after every shampoo as it might weigh the hair down. But for a once a week conditioner, it is the best!

I've used this herbal tea for years, and always go back to it. It has the taste of regular black tea without the bitterness or caffeine. When I tire of flavored herbal teas, I always look forward to a cup of this full bodied flavorful tea.

Three tablespoons of hempseed contains 11 grams of protein. A very easy way to get protein into the diet. I sprinkle on salads, buttered whole grain crackers, etc.
