Found out online this works taken orally for relief of HSV2, not just for the specified use of keeping oil from spoiling, so I took it for a few days and it did work; this was after two months of suffering with the fatigue and achiness from the virus, I got finally relief I didnt even get from the acyclovar. I took a couple caps twice a day for a few days. Not sure the mechanism of it, but thank goodness it worked. I had some minor effects (slight nausea), but thats it , and it was worth it.

I have taken several kinds over the years, refrigerated type, various brands. I was never sure they worked or didn't seem to noticeably. This product has made a definite difference in my digestion and regularity, especially as I do not always have regular sleep and eating patterns. I've been using it a couple weeks now and I started noticing an effect after about 5 days.

It's subtle but noticeable, and the nice thing, not 'buzzy' or wired, but a calm focus. I will definitely get it again.

I got this and used it -- and saw no results. I have just come to the conclusion they dont work - UNLESS you already have a very low thyroid and are low in iodine -- they you would be better off to just buy some dried seaweed plant or the tablets. No quick fix, much as I wish there were.
