This by far is the best form of RALA I have ever used. If your still using ALA, toss it and switch to Doc's Best RALA. I have found that Doctor's Best products are the best products I have ever used and I trust this manufacturer.

This supplement works extremely well for sleep and mental well-being. I use it (500mg) most nights about 30mins prior to bed. It works right away, helping get me into that deep relaxed state I need before I go to sleep and keeps me balanced when I wake-up. I can defiantly tell if I have not had it the evening prior when I wake-up, because I tend to be more irritable. I have extreme ADHD and take Adderall. The L-Tryptophan helps balance out my mood which was a lot more erratic before I started using this product. For people with slight anxiety and depression this is a great supplement to give a shot!
