Works very well. No after taste even if you don't eat when you take them. They do not repeat. Love them.

Very Good. I mix mine with my Arthred at night right before bed take it and off to bed I go. Do not take a whole scoop of calcium (just about full). To much will give you the runs. Not fun. lol
