Helps, but I still need to rely on my Claritin for one-dose elimination of symptoms. Flavorless tablets but has a chalky texture that gets annoying after the fourth or fifth tablet chewed that day.

I've been using this brand for several years-- it's the only hair color (home OR salon) that doesn't make my scalp hurt/itch/burn and then give me a huge headache. It's not harsh, and does wash out/fade a little bit in the first week or so, but still has great shiny color. I love it!

Hubs has been using this as needed (with certain meals that tend to upset his system) and so far it seems to be effective at preventing gas, cramping, and constipation.
