It is difficult to rate this as I expect no short-term positive effects. I can say I've had no adverse reactions - sometimes if oils are not fresh they will cause some stomach discomfort.

The range 5.5 to 8) works well for me. Above 7.5 the colors are hard to interpret, yet at that level I don't care as I'm aiming for just above 7. Between 6.2 and 7.4 the distinctions are quite clear and it seems possible to gauge within 0.1 pH. I use a small pair of spring-loaded tweezers (pulled closed by the spring) to hold a small piece of the tape. When I first tested I was around 5.6 and it took a day or two to get my pH up and keep it up, but the lower end of the range seemed easy enough to read as well. I had to tape the two halves of the plastic tape dispenser together as it kept falling apart, but that was a minor inconvenience.

High quality, fine grain, mixes fairly well. It is drinkable when mixed with plain water, but don't buy it for the flavor. I typically use a little fruit and stevia to make a smoothie that makes it much more palatable. The higher fiber/lower protein version tastes better, but this is a better value in cost per gram of protein.

I've tried a number of different brands and this is my favorite. This is pure white - I've found no dark streaks after going through several of these large tubs and some smaller sizes. Top notch oil!

These seem to be an effective digestive aid. They have a mild mint flavor that I don't particularly like, but they are billed with mint flavor, so it is hard to fault them for that!
