I use Jatoba when I have a yeast infection. Drink a lot of water when you take this product. Taste is a little bitter so it may be taken in juice.

This is a good B-Complex formula. There may be cheaper formulas available but I like this one because it is digestible.

I have found this product to be pleasant tasting. It helps with sleep issues and leg cramps. It does not last as long as tablet formulas which makes it more expensive. But, if you have absorption issues this is more readily absorbed by the body.
