Have been using this for quite awhile. I like it and I am also taking Vitamin D for better absorption of the Calcium. I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis.

Have been taking for some time. When I was taking Red Yeast Rice before, I was getting cramps in my legs. So I started taking this product. It works fine.
