I've been having chocolate craving for many months but not wanting to eat it and restraint/willpower wasn't working to avoid it. I needed to eat a large block of milk chocolate once a week (bitter dark chocolate wouldn't satisfy the craving). I didn't want this craving as it isn't great for weight and also the probable negative nutrient factor so I was trying various strategies to eliminate this craving but really nothing was working and decided to allow myself enjoy a block of chocolate once a week. However I just received the first purchase of these colloidal minerals from iHerb. After 2 days I was really impressed and felt the thought and craving for chocolate diminished by 90%.

I haven't been sleeping well for over a year and tried tryptophan, 5-htp, valerian, herbal mixtures, calcium. Though these supplements improved things, I got the best result from this homeopathic product. Have ordered a 2nd time.

After drinking the bentonite I feel the effects immediately - my body becomes cooler so something is going on. I've only just started so need the additional time to see. Certainly like the quality and flavour.
