I really like the chia seeds. I sometimes eat them straight (about 1 tablespoon) to give me that extra boost of energy mid-day or if I don't have time to eat, this is what I'll eat to hold off the hunger. Or, I'll add about 2 tablespoons to a green smoothie to make sure I get in my omegas for the day.

I bought this product to add to my avocado oil and jojoba oil to use as a scalp and hair tonic when I noticed that my hair had started to fall out in clumps. My *new* routine includes washing my hair, using a diluted Braggs apple cider vinegar rinse, then conditioning, then massaging the rosemary oil mixture to hair and scalp. This has stopped my hair from falling out in big clumps, so I have hope that in time it will re-grow as well.

I didn't know if I would like this product or if it would be able to stand up to the super hot summer heat. Surprisingly, it works! I love the smell and it keeps me feeling fresh.

This is a very concentrated "super" berry mix. I used to buy the frozen Acai packets, but switched to the power scoop for its convenience. I love that I can add a "scoop" to my smoothies or in my oatmeal or in my wheatgrass. So, I would recommend this for everyone to try.

This oil is great because it is so versatile. I use it on my face at night, as a hair oil, and as lotion for my hands. The only problem is I use so much I have to re-order often! (lol)
