One of the few homeopathic compositions for sleep that works for my insomnia. One other that also helps on nights that my body is in need of a different formulation is Heel Calming.

Initially I really like this product, great size for the price and good ingredients. However it started to crumble apart by the 3rd day after receiving it. :( Also, for severely chapped lips, it doesn't come close to giving me the relief that Carmex does, nothing seems to help as much as carmex, and I've tried a lot!

did nothing for me at all. Not sure if you have to take regularly to feel an effect or if you should feel an effect after taking a dose. I felt no difference after taking doses here and there.

didnt work for me

more wasted money. unfortunatley on the nights i took this product my sleep was worse, restless, disturbed dreams, woke very tired and felt beat up. maybe didn't work for me as i have taken many homeopathic remedies over the years. Probably may work for those with regular insomnia who didn't take too many other remedies. dissapointed, it will sit in my drawer with the other useless items.
