I was surprised to start having hot flashes in my mid-30s. I had heard that black cohosh could help, so I tried the Nature's Way brand. I haven't had a single hot flash since about a week after starting. What a relief!

I have tried several brands of St. John's Wort, but the Eclectic Institute brand is the only one that gives me reliable results AND no unwanted side effects or drug interactions. I highly recommend it!

This tea delivers very fast relief of mood swings and depression associated with hormonal changes. If it's not completely effective for cramps, you can supplement it with a little cramp bark tincture.

This conditioner is lightweight and rinses cleanly, but it leaves my hair moisturized and incredibly shiny. My stylist commented on the smoothness and softness of my hair; she thought I was using a salon product!

This delicious tea delivers just the right amount of caffeine without the jitters, stomach discomfort, or slight dizzy feeling that I sometimes get from coffee. It also contains mate, which seems to contribute to a positive outlook on the day. I can tell a big difference if I have coffee or a different kind of tea in the morning.

I am a big fan of Now Foods products, and this one is no exception. My favorite thing about it is that it only contains L-Lysine and not other nutrients that are probably covered by my multivitamin.

I have sensitive skin, and other scrubs have caused me problems before. This scrub is the perfect mixture of gentle, nourishing ingredients (e.g., jojoba oil) and exfoliation for my dry, sensitive skin. It removes just the right amount of oil, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and clean. Topped off with my Desert Essence moisturizer, my face feels fresh and comfortable.
