I THINK I need Vitamin K2. But how does one judge the effect without expensive tests? I did buy again when they ran out.

Not sure I will continue as I am not sure of my need for this nutrient. But again, Solgar uses chelation and a dark bottle. So I do not have to worry about shelf-life.

I feel I need a small amount of copper. This is chelated and Solgar has the wisdom to put their products in a dark container for longer life and less chance of product deterioration.
