I have tried heaps of B products before and ended up staying away from them because they felt synthetic and sometimes made me feel sleepy. I was told by one naturopath this was because I was so depleted in B vitamins, that then they have the opposite effect until your levels come up again. This product was the first B vitamin to ever register an effect for me, and I have cut down a lot on needing chocolate to wake up, instead I just have one of these. Will order these again.

My friend has been using this to treat nerve damage from psychiatric drug abuse (drugs he was involuntarily treated with). He was on valium and anti-inflammatory painkillers and even became hospitalised due the pain levels - along with severe rigidity and unable to move his leg to sleep at night. He started serrapeptase and was able to get off valium and painkillers within a few days, and now relies on this alone to deal with the attacks of pain. He's been gradually increasing his dosage and the frequency so the pain attacks are slowly decreasing - seems like he needs to find the therapeutic dose. We'll make sure he doesn't run out of this wonderful supplement. If only health professionals took these things seriously instead of prescribing toxic medications. I've repeated this review for the 270 veggie caps version of this product - I think it's important to share the info!

I got this for my Dad for father's day to encourage him towards chemical-free personal products. I knew I could rely on the Aubrey Organics brand but once he opened it and I had a smell, it is probably the nicest men's cologne I've come across. Highly recommended!

Each time i use this I have an instant effect of relief from painful aching legs -- it is fantastic!!! I have CFS and a desk job and hardly do any exercise - as a result I've got serious circulation problems in the upper leg area from sitting on a chair most of the time. This is a great product - I am going to try the supplements that go with it as well (and get a mini trampoline to jump on!!)

I haven't been taking this consistently because i keep forgetting (have now switched to chewable d-ribose from Now Foods for this reason), so can't say for sure. I know i feel better when i take it though, which is to help chronic fatigue syndrome. Only heard about it through Dr Myhill's work on a protocol for chronic fatigue, along with niacin, magnesium, carnitine, diet etc. Tastes good and easy to mix into a drink.

Looking at the other options in synthetic calcium formulas, I'll try herbal calcium anyday. This product felt very compatible with my system.

Keeps the bowels much more regular - and you don't need much to get results. Just start with recommended dosage and build up from there. I stocked up on a few bottles to do a few liver cleanses and the like - great for detoxification protocols.

Normal vitamin c makes me feel ill, even practitioner grade formulas or 'buffered' formulas. This is definitely the easiest way to take vitamin c for those with digestive problems with normal vitamin c.

Got rid of my mother's hayfever and sinus congestion in one day after she came back from a plane trip interstate - she was very impressed (she's not a user of alternative medicine generally). I'm hoping we can keep using this and she can avoid antibiotics in future. Will keep this one on the shelves - previously she was using Wellness Formula which was fantastic but she found the herbs too smelly and hard to swallow. This seems to be a great alternative so far.

Have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from 2003 - late 2011. CFS symptoms all but disappeared by taking Mannatech 'Five For Life' range, but then sometimes when start to feel fatigue, will take 4 of these capsules and notice an immediate energy boost. Life has transformed from hardly being able to do anything and still feeling fatigued to working 12 hour days minimum, sometimes with hard physical labour! Mainly due to the Five For Life but have needed regular doses of Carnitine at least every 2-3 days. If I take this product once a day at the recommended dose (4 capsules), I don't actually get the fatigue at all, despite huge workloads / days now. I just wish you could get a whole food version of it with the same potency!

Giving these to my friend with diagnosis of bipolar disorder, also has tardive dystonia and stops him sleeping well at night - if only he'd been treated with these kinds of pills from the start instead of harmful sedatives and antipsychotics, his life would be so different today. Anyway, he gets a great instant calm from these tablets - obviously because they are raw and absorb quickly. We always notice when he's run out of these as he's more stressed - the effects of synthetic b supplements on him are hardly noticeable, unlike this raw supplement.

Unmistakable energy boost - great for CFS. Really notice when I don't have it and often add to fresh orange juice. I actually like the taste, but probably not to everyone's palate particularly if you're eating junk food...might be a shock to the system!
