I love almond butter and always look forward to my next snack with it, but this one wasn't great at all. My home made almond butter tastes better (it must be because of the quality of the almonds). I won't buy this one again.

So far this product is playing a small part in sustaining good energy levels for me throughout the day. Along with a predominantly plant-based diet you will notice that you will voluntarily want to exercise, which is a step in the right direction for me.

I felt I had more focus during my last race (5km) and knocked 10 minutes of my best time. This is also a great anti inflammatory and if used topically it can diminish the appearance of scars.

This is the best meal replacement shake I have used. Keeps me full till lunch. My energy levels are also much more stable when using this product. Also, the flavor is great! I'm sad they have discontinued it. It's much better than VAGA ONE.

Take this product at the same time every day it WILL keep you regular if you also follow a healthy diet free from refined carbohydrates and animal protein. Take in the evening if you want to only consume this supplement once a day, take it in the evening as it helps absorb toxins overnight for elimination the next day. This product is not the answer to your problems, but it certainly helps. Very good product.
