These are a life saver for my IBS-C, they're helping to normalise my digestion and thanks to that my bloating and other symptoms have all diminished! I have found I only need to take 2 capsules, 3 times a day. Thank you, nature's way! The only problem - I wish they came in a larger size!

This granola is quite nice, the raisins add a nice chew and the granola is super crunchy. To me it had more of a cinnamon donut/roll taste than cinnamon spice flavour - quite artificial. That said, the granola did not taste bad at all, just not what I was hoping for.

I'm soy and gluten intolerant and I was devastated to find out that I could no longer eat my favourite sweet - licorice! Candy tree came to the rescue, however! This licorice is a good alternative for people like me. It's not like regular licorice obviously and it is only slightly sweet (fine for me but not for some others!). It's really chewy and has quite a good aniseed flavour, though I wish it was stronger!

As an apple and cinnamon fan, these apple chips are delicious. They're crunchy and full of flavour and perfect to put in your bag for when the hunger monster hits!

Sulphur free and delicious!

I have issues with sulphur and had to give up my much beloved dried apples when I found out they were causing me more trouble than good. Finally i've found sulphur free, gluten free dried apples that don't cause any ill effects!

I found BRM Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal while searching for GF products here on iHerb and I am SO glad I clicked to buy it. This is delicious, so much so that my other hot cereals have been seriously neglected. Buy it! Whether you're GF or not, you won't regret it!

This rice blend is delicious - and this is coming from someone who isn't a rice fan. It has a great flavour and lots of texture. My only wish is that you could get it in a larger bag! You'll never want to go back to plain old rice again!

Peanutty Goodness

Peanut flour is fantastic for baking and mixing with a little water/milk and a dash of sweetener (if you'd like) to form a spreadable peanut paste. Another use is to mix if with milk and pour over your favourite cereal. Don't buy this if you're expecting it to taste exactly like the jar of peanut butter in your pantry. It's very close and tastes great, but you can't expect something to be what it's not! This is definitely a staple in my house!

I have always been a huge fan of oats and I was devastated when I was diagnosed with coeliac disease and found out I could no longer have them. Bob saved the day with these oats! Now I can eat oatmeal again and have NO ill affects. I buy these with every iHerb order I make and am always sure to re-stock before I run out! :)

Bob's Red Mill Quinoa is my favourite to buy as it doesn't require thorough rinsing before you eat it. There's no risk of your quinoa being bitter and all you have to do is throw it in a pot and cook away!

The multigrain puffins are one of my favourite gluten free cereals. They're perfect for topping with whatever you feel like or eating by themselves and they're great as a snack straight out of the box!

These tablets are the best, in my opinion, as they don't require refrigeration. Just take one or two before each meal and they take away discomfort and allow your body to digest your food properly.
