Hi there!

New to iHerb? Use coupon code TEP756 for up to $10.00 off your first order.

I'm in my early 30s, but I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 12 years old so I've been struggling with related issues for a very long time. Conventional medicine never helped very much, but when I discovered natural medicine and therapeutic foods in 2004, I slowly began to recover and find relief from the endless migraines, chronic pain, hormone imbalances, and mood swings. I'm still on this journey to better health, but I love sharing my experiences with others along the way. I'd love if you used my referral code TEP756 to place an order -- you will get $5 or $10 off your order, and it will help me try more products too. ;)

Great skin soother

Posted on Apr 04, 2012

I bought this about 4 years ago for a male friend who was having diagnosed Candida issues. He used Yeast Rescue topically after washing the area with the Yeast Rescue soap, and it really healed his irritated skin. It soothed the itch and the redness went away soon after (2-3 days later). Now, I've found uses for it consistently over the last few years whenever any kind of skin irritations arise. This stuff even comes in handy when I have an allergic dermatitis reaction, etc. I consider it a key part of my holistic first aid kit and keep it on hand all the time. I love that it comes in a dark glass bottle with small pump too--it functions well and looks attractive. Just keep it upright when you store it; I've seen it leak a bit if tipped over. PS: I also diluted it in olive oil and used small amounts on my cat's itchy ear. Worked for him too!

Waste not, want not

I used to dread making anything that called for buttermilk. Don't get me wrong, I love the flavor that real buttermilk imparts (I prefer it to the substitutions with lemon juice or vinegar) but I always felt wasteful when the remainder of the carton didn't get used before spoiling. Saves a TON of money! Now I keep this on hand at all times -- I actually store it in a Weck jar in the fridge -- and I am able to whip up fresh buttermilk whenever I want without any excess left. Love it and HIGHLY recommend to people who love to bake.

Versatile and delicious!

I bought this to use in my breakfast smoothies, and it does work well mixed up in a Nutribullet with some greens, berries, protein powder and nuts, and it also makes great raw candy when mixed with things like coconut, coconut oil and nuts, but I've found that the raw cacao also works well in ordinary baking recipes that call for cocoa powder. For example, I just made a 1960s-era chocolate sheet cake (sometimes called a "Texas sheet cake") and it worked perfectly! I couldn't tell the difference between my cake made with this product and the normal cake I ate growing up. I will definitely keep buying this!

neat device!

This product really works to blend protein shakes with no residual powder clumps, and it is a great size too--it fits well in my female hands. It closes nice and tight too, with no leaks. Also works great on salad dressings, I might add! Much better than the typical shaker you get in the grocery store. I'm tempted to get the smaller size just for that purpose.

Best liquid stevia.

This stuff is yummy! It really adds a great flavor and no-aftertaste sweetness to my drinks. Even stevia haters don't seem to mind the flavor of this. I've tried KAL Vanilla Stevia liquid and SweetLeaf's Vanilla Creme too, but they both had weird aftertastes -- couldn't hold a candle to NuNatural's deliciousness! I use around 6 drops per drink (in my morning homemade latte, mainly) so the bottle lasts a long time. Economical, healthy, and delicious--who can argue with that?

Soothes my belly.

I purchased this for my girlfriend who's been having signs of an ulcer. I'm not sure if it's working for her yet (it's just been a few weeks), but she seems to complain of the symptoms less and less. I've also taken it for nausea and it seemed to help.

Fabulous flavor, and gluten-free

Love the nuanced flavor this gives to my Asian recipes. I've never been a soy sauce fan but this is so different! You really have to try it, especially at iherb's amazing prices.

Perfect in my cereal, coffee, and more

I use this stuff in everything. In my coffee I blend a sprinkle of this with a few drops of vanilla stevia; I've used it on strawberries when I make strawberry shortcake; it's perfect on cereal and anything else you can imagine. Great flavor, no bitter taste, and so convenient to use. 50 packs fits perfectly in the mug I keep on my kitchen counter. :)

So tasty!

These are hefty chips of coconut, full of yummy coconutty flavor. I have used them in recipes (homemade Mounds-style candies made with honey, raw cocoa, and coconut oil... yum!) but this stuff is also good eaten straight out of the bag.

Good sanitizer

Good simple sanitizer, and triclosan-free, which I appreciate. Also, the smell isn't too chemical or strong like many sanitizers. The bottle is a great size for my purse!

Scent faded away, but good cleaning

Posted on Oct 18, 2011

The scent didn't really make its way into the clean laundry but just left behind a freshness that's okay by me. It did seem to clean very well and left my clothes softer than my normal liquid detergent.

Strangely addictive

Not super sweet or salty, but mildly flavored somewhere in the middle, with a chewy/crunchy bite. I couldn't stop at just one handful. Very tasty little snack!
