A little overly sweet

I wish Vitol would back off on the stevia just a little bit -- this is a great protein otherwise, with a good texture and foaminess. I prefer a very lightly sweetened protein because I use it in smoothies with fruit that already have a bit of sweetness.

I adore my morning coffee routine, but because I know the caffeine and acidity of regular coffee is harsh to my body, I often mix Teeccino with a freshly-ground low-acid coffee. It works great for this purpose. I also drink it straight sometimes, although I'm not in love with the flavor of Teeccino when I brew it in a drip coffeemaker--I much prefer the taste of it when I brew it in a French press!

Tasty and nutritious stuff. I like to bake it until puffed and serve with a little bit of honey inside the hollow, like sopaipillas. I can't keep it on hand all the time because they're just too expensive, but I love them!
